We recommend booking at least 4β8 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. However, last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. You can pay securely through our website or via the invoice link we send after booking.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event are eligible for a partial refund. The initial deposit of 50% is non-refundable.

We accept Stripe, Square, PayPal, direct bank transfers, and e-Transfers/ACH payments. All transactions are processed securely, and receipts are provided for your records.

Once your booking is confirmed, weβll schedule a quick consultation to finalize your event details β including your backdrop choice, and add-ons.

Our booths are fully automated and designed for ease of use, so an attendant is not required. Each setup comes with detailed on-site instructions and remote support to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

We offer both! You can choose to add-on on-demand printing or stick with digital printing offered as part of the package; You can choose between instant digital sharing, high-quality 2x6 or 4x6 prints, or a combination of both.

You can always add additional time on the spot (subject to availability). Overtime rates are billed in hourly increments up to a max rate of 5+ hours

A backdrop is the decorative background placed behind your photo booth setup. It enhances your photos by adding style, color, and personality to match your event theme.

Yes β you can use one of our premium backdrops or provide your own.

We recommend an area of approximately 8 ft x 8 ft with access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet. This allows room for the booth, backdrop, lighting, and guests to move comfortably. Our setup can be adjusted to fit smaller or larger spaces if needed β weβll coordinate with your venue to ensure the perfect placement.

We arrive early morning to the venue to set up, and teardown typically takes about 30β45 minutes. Setup and removal times are always included in your booking.
